Randi Kaldrovics

Randi is an Outreach Specialist at Lauer Media Company. Randi graduated in 2006 from Kutztown University with a degree in Communications and a concentration in Advertising / Marketing. She worked as an Assistant Buyer for a local department store purchasing & placement of merchandise for over 50 stores.  She also performed consulting work for many years for another local small business. She has specialized in engaging with local businesses in order to fundraise for various nonprofit organizations and the local communities. Most recently, the past few years she took a career break in order to focus her time to be a homemaker for her family when her daughters were younger. Her background in customer service has been essential to listen and provide solutions to clients in order to meet their expectations while being empathetic to needs. 

Randi has 2 daughters Kaelynn & Kendra who are her proudest accomplishments and greatest blessings. Her family is her most meaningful part of her life. In her free time, you can find her on sidelines cheering on both her girls playing softball and other sports. She often volunteers at her daughters’ schools and gives back to her community.  She loves to BBQ with her family, have family movie nights, go to sports games and make lots of memories by checking off items on their family bucket list of adventures! 

Randi believes in focusing on positivity and purpose by loving the life you are building with commitment and confidence. She looks forward to helping her clients achieve their goals by building trust and aligning personalized solutions to their goals in order to help grow their success.
