Perry Psaros

Perry is a relatively new addition to Lauer Media after a 20-year career in banking and finance. He started Common Mortgage Company in the late 90s and had a successful run in the subprime loan industry until 2008. With a focus on growth, compliance, revenue, and people he employed over 20 people in three states running two offices. After 2008 he went into the banking industry obtaining his series 6, 63, and life and health insurance. He left Truist bank after 5 years as a senior investment advisor. On a personal note, he is a lifelong Delawarian currently residing in Wilmington De. with his wife of 20 years, Rachel, and two children Alexa and Luke. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth sports and is an avid golfer.
