Kimmy Swoyer

As Director of Operations for Lauer Media Company, some of my key responsibilities are on-boarding all new clients, overseeing projects from start to finish, and managing communication flow through the entire organization. If you work with Lauer Media Company, you’ll definitely be in contact with me. My love for Digital Marketing started out as an entry level SEO Analyst back when I was living in North Carolina. I quickly found a passion for the field, despite my initially limited experience prior to the role. My excitement and willingness to learn later lead me to positions as both a Project Manager at First Generation and Experience Manager at Healthgrades. The experience and connections I’ve made have allowed me to excel through the world of Digital Marketing, ultimately resulting in joining Lauer Media Company. On a more personal level, I’m a PA native but spent about 5 years living in North Carolina. Despite the fantastic scenery and lovely weather, I always knew that I wanted to go back to my family roots. I have a 3 year old son who is absolutely phenomenal – I could not imagine him growing up without his cousins, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and dear friends. In my spare time, you can catch me baking or practicing make up application. I have a horrible sweet tooth and frequently eat what I bake, but always make sure to spread a little love through food. I am a firm believer in dessert after dinner every night, even if it’s just a piece of chocolate (or preferably cake.) I’m an avid animal lover – that person who will ask to pet your dog, and often find myself hanging out with animals instead of humans at a party. Final fun fact about me, I have a crazy obsession with flamingos. I have since as long as I can remember. Once you meet me, you’ll quickly learn this. You won’t see me without something flamingo related. It’s the greatest, worst obsession!
